Your First Pickup: What to Expect
On your designated laundry day, we’ll provide you with personalized Sims City Cleaners bags to separate your laundry and dry cleaning items—these are yours to keep. We’ll send you a reminder the night before and on the day of your service to ensure you don’t forget. Once your items are cleaned and ready to wear, our delivery team will bring them back to you, crisply folded or hung, at your specified drop-off location.
Getting Started Is Easy
To schedule your first pickup, simply provide your contact details, let us know the number of bags, specify your preferred pickup and drop-off spots, enter your payment information, and choose a pickup date. We handle the rest!
No Bags Yet? No Problem
For your initial order, leave your laundry in disposable bags for our drivers to collect. We’ll return your clean items along with your new personalized Sims City Cleaners bags for future use. Need more bags or replacements? Just let us know!
Different Bags for Different Services
We use distinct bags to differentiate between regular laundry and items requiring dry cleaning or launder & press services. This ensures your garments get the appropriate care and return to you in perfect condition.
How much do the laundry bags hold?
Our bags can hold a large laundry basket’s worth of clothes or a filled 13-gallon kitchen trash bag.
Our Flat-Rate Wash & Fold Bag dimensions are 18″ x 14″ x 10″. If you have more laundry and need another bag, contact us, and we’ll bring an extra on our next visit.
Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround is 3 business days. Should you need rush services, please reach out to us. Note that specialty and large-sized orders may have exceptions.
Delivery Fee? None!
Pickup and delivery are always complimentary, but we do have a $35 minimum order requirement.

How We Pack Your Clean Clothes
Wash and Fold items are packed with like-items in individual bags, ready for the drawer—shirts with shirts, pants with pants, and so on, all returned neatly folded. Dry Cleaning items are returned pressed on hangers and placed in your personalized garment bag.
